Visitors can enjoy an up-close look at early colonial life. Four of the first 5 US Presidents were from Virginia. Most of them have left back impressive estates - George Washington and Thomas Jefferson respectively. When the North and the South fought the Civil War, the blood flowed deepest in Virginia.
