The Double Eagle condominiums are located in Silver Lake, mid-mountain Deer Valley Resort. They are built up the hillside and have a ski access onto the Success ski run on Deer Valley Resort’s lower mountain. This particular condo is the only one on the complex with a private ski access bridge. You will be on the ski access trail within a few steps of the master bedroom! From this trail, ski down to the base of the mountain and start your ski day from there (the base area is also where the ski school meets for lessons each morning and afternoon).

This condo is very luxurious with great views from nearly every window. It is approximately 3,000 square feet and has a 3 level floor plan. The entry level is the living room, kitchen, dining area combined as one great room, with a deck outside off the living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, and on the lower level are the second and third bedrooms as well A as the den with twin beds. The deck outside has a private hot tub.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), TV, DVD, CD stereo, plenty of seating.

Kitchen: Newly remodeled and customized with slate tile flooring, granite counters, island counter/bar with sink and dishwasher separates the kitchen space from the living area. Very well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6.

Master – King bed, fireplace, TV/VCR, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with double vanity, jetted tub, steam shower and sauna. There is a very large walk-in closet attached to this bedroom as well.
Second – King bed, adjoining bathroom with double vanity.
Third – Queen bed, TV, adjoining bathroom.
Den- Two twin beds, shares bathroom with second bedroom.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on lower level deck.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort: Use ski access to get onto the ski runs and back to the condo, or walk to the Silver Lake Lodge (2/10 mile).
