The Shipwatch Pointe I and II resort condominium complexes are situated in the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and is located just across the street from the ocean. Some units provide excellent ocean views. Ship Watch Point I and II are professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. Ship Watch Pointe units have 2 bedrooms 2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Shipwatch Pointe I Resort complex features three (3) outdoor swimming pools, sun decks and a grilling area. The Shipwatch Pointe II complex features an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool along with a grilling area. Ship Watch Pointe does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Standard bedding for these vacation rentals includes: 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Please inquire as to the bedding sizes. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.
