A little about the condo; the interior is well appointed and tastefully decorated. There is an extra large balcony off the living room from which you can enjoy the sweeping views and dine al fresco. Additionally, the balcony is equipped with a sitting area for morning coffee and two loungers for relaxing in the afternoons. The master bedroom has a TempurPedic mattress king bed, a LCD TV with extended cable, walk-in closet, and private bath with a jetted tub complete with beach view. The first guest bedroom has a TempurPedic mattress king bed, TV with extended cable, DVD player, extra-large closet, and private bath. The second guest bedroom has two Sealy PosturePedic double beds, TV with extended cable, DVD player, and bathroom access. The living room has TV with extended cable, DVD player, high-speed internet, and a fold-out sofa to accommodate a maximum of eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including flat-top range, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cookware, flatware, and bake ware. This Perdido Key beach front condo also has a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is No Smoking and No Pets are allowed. Local phone calls are free in Perdido Key and Pensacola; however for calls outside this area we ask that you use a cell phone or calling card. Also included is access to the Resort community room, fitness center, kidney-shaped beach front outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and tennis courts.
