The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the utility room along with access to the two-car garage.

The pool faces on to a nature reserve on two sides, is fully screened and is equipped with 4 sun lounges, 8 chairs, 2 tables and 3 occasional tables.
All doors to the pool area from the villa are protected by a pool fence which is across the Lania and is removable if your party doesn't include children.
